It's About Time!!!
Well, it is about time that I've updated our blog. I've spent 3 weeks getting things ready for our MOPS group at church, and I finally have some spare time in my schedule again. These are the last pictures we had downloaded off our camera before it disappeared. Last month, I accidentally left the camera on top of the car as we were leaving and it was never to be seen again. It was a sad day, BUT I had already downloaded the pictures so the only loss was the camera (and memory cards and case). This is all we have for July and August....hopefully we'll catch up on the picture-taking since our new camera came in last week.
My Little Chef
Luke is becoming a pretty good helper in the kitchen. It's just a matter of Mommy becoming patient enough to let him do it his way. One Sunday morning in July we made a coffee cake together. He may not look impressed at the end, but believe me, he was.
Wedding Crashers
Our friend Bleck had his wedding this summer, and we took Luke to the reception.
Here is Luke with Mr. Maglinger....his 3rd Grandpa. For those of you who may not know, Mr. Maglinger is the father-in-law to John's sister, Leigh Ann.
Craft-time with Mommy
Luke and I made Play-doh together. This was his first experience with the stuff. He's lucky because we were not allowed to play with play-doh in my house as a kid.Fun with Food
When he's this messy it's usually a good indication that he liked what he was eating. In case you're wondering...it was chocolate chess pie and macaroni and cheese.
Summer Play
The park down the street has a spray park that Luke played in several times this summer.
